Is gold color brass buttons available to replace for the phase iii locking tuners?

I can't seem to find them online. Trying to avoid changing out the entire tuner set and just replace the buttons. If anyone has experience, where can I find them?

Any luck with aftermarket gold buttons? If not, then the only option is change the complete set of tuners?

No luck. Your best bet is to buy a gold set.
