hybrid hardware option

Exactly what does the hybrid hardware option on a P22 include ? On some P22 versions it adds to the cost, but on others it does not.

I'll answer my own question. My P22 arrived today. It has nickel and gold parts. It looks sort of cool. A lot of the screws are gold. The tuners are gold and chrome. Some of the pickup posts are gold and some are nickel. I think I like it. A stunning looking guitar.

Mine is the same way. It adds some contrast to it all I guess, but I think I'd prefer all gold on most colors. But my guitar is mostly yellow so the all gold might have been too much.

It's only a cosmetic difference...

It should be a gold plating. Not solid gold, but real gold in a remarkably thin yet effective layer to prevent oxidation.
