How do I tell what pick ups are in my 2006 sc245

1. Unscrew pickup ring.
2. Lift pickup out of guitar.
3. Flip pickup over.
4. Read sticker on bottom of pickup.
And since you're new here, this is how it goes. If you don't post picks you bought a Hello Kitty.

That one's gonna have SC245 pickups in it.
I was not aware that they made sc245's in 2006. I bought one new in 2007, and was told by the dealer that 2007 was the first year.

You replace them with 58/15s. Then you know what's in there.

2006 was the first production year of SC 245. Those guitars came standard with 245 pups set so your guitar should have the same pups model in it.
Just FYI, your SC should be weight-relieved too. I personally think that this feature helps enhances resonance in the body, resulting in such tonal characteristics of early SC 245.
