H B 2 core Fretboard What is this marking ?

Hi, Big Owl checking in to see if you knowledgeable PRS core guys can help me out.
So I bought this HB II, online. Which seems to have been my first error on PRS.
Please look at this pic and tell me if I am over reacting to these areas on the Fretboard of this brand new and expensive guitar.

Not sure what marks you are referring to. Looks normal. If you are referring to the “white marks” that’s polishing compound in the rosewood open grain.

Hey thanks guys. I am taking it to another luthier sound man tomorrow for neck clean up and inspection. The seller is paying for this and said he would pay return shipping if I was not happy. What a stand up guy! After he told me I could return it, I tuned it up and played it...so I guess you guys already know it's not going back. Lol.
Any way, I expect you are spot on about the marks. TY
