First PRS- SE245 or SE Singlecut

Long time lurker, first time poster.

I am looking at each over the next couple of days. The SE245 (2018ish?) has the intonatable bridge and bird inlays and is a private party sale. The SE Singlecut has dots and wraparound tailpiece (2010ish?) and is a pawn shop deal. It would likely replace a 2019 Epi LP Standard Pro, where my biggest complaint is the neck.

Questions are;

1. Any way to tell if one is a fake?
2. Which would you recommend?

Do try out the single cut from the pawnshop. See how the neck feels.
