Am I the only one who thinks the knob and switch placement was put in during a pin the tail on the donkey? With or without whiskey?

Lots about this looks interesting and believable. See above. The two things that get me are knob and switch placement, and the headstock shape looks f&cked up to me. Just my two bits. I think I'd go the other way on this if I was interested. More like $48. Maybe $50 if it comes with a strap.

It's just the tune-o-matic throwing your eye off. Plus the volume, sweet switch, rotary arrangement has always looked cockeyed to me anyway (same with the newer bladed Customs).

It isn't an LE, so not a very valuable guitar, especially since premium is usually placed on the clean examples. There aren't a lot of tune-o-matic Customs around, but it was a published option for a while, so it's not a unicorn.

I'd do it if I could. My '91 is certainly 'used', but not as beat up as this specimen. I agree with Sergio - I'd play the **** out of it!
