DGT Truss Rod Cover question

Hate wearing out everybody with my new PRS fanboy questions but...

Is this truss rod cover a one off, custom, etc. what do we think this is? Thanks!

Its a Signature Club 2013 TRC. The Signature club is (was?) an extra PRS service you could sign up for. You got TRCs, T-Shirts, and some extra things at the Experience meet up.
