DGT pickups in a Custom?

The pickup placement on a CU24 makes the bridge pickup a little more emphasized in the ,midrange, as you might expect. BUT, yeah, I'd try it anyway if I wanted that DGT type of sound.
I think that's what's making me hesitant.

I recently put a set of gold DGT pickups in my old Singlecut and they just might be the best set I have had in there (and that guitar has had a bunch, from stock #7's on). Articulate, powerful, hot PAF tone!

I have another friend who put a pair in his SG and he says he will never take them out. They sound dynamite in that guitar as well!

Tough pickups to find, but some of PRS's best. I can't see them not being absolutely awesome in a Custom 24.

I had a neck DGT pickup in my ‘62 reissue Custom Telecaster for a while - sounded like heaven! I think they’ll sound good in whatever they are installed in!
Saw you, and the kids, in the latest Vintage Guitar. I actually about crapped my pants because they never show PRS in that section. Saw the DGTs first, and then realized it was you.
