Custom Truss Rod Cover help!

Many years ago, in a land far fa-ok it was eBay…I purchased a custom truss rod for my HBII. The work on it was eye wateringly good, (pic below).

I found the sheet it was sent with but can’t find any trace online of the genius who made it and wondered if the collective knowledge of the PRS forum could yield answers! As much just to reach out and thank him as find out if he’s still making TRCs

I've used WEC a few times now. Excellent work and timely communication. If you can't find your original vendor, they're a worthwhile look.

Negative. It came from Ed Roman Guitars. The only place I could find that had something close. No one wanted to make one for me.
