Could someone help me with fixing the 3 way switch wiring in my 24SE?

OK thanks. That makes sense. It just seemed weird to me because PRS have usually split to outside coils. Maybe they've changed the spec...

It seems to vary. The above diagram is from my 2019 SE Cu24 Spalted Maple, while this one below is from my previous 2018 SE Cu24 Blue Matteo.

Interesting! My SE CU24 7-string was similar to the first one you shared, but the bridge pickup was reverse polarity to give hum cancelling outside coils in split mode.

The blade switch in my SE went bad also. I replaced it. Not too difficult.

How does one go about removing the switch. I presume theres no other way than forcing the 'head' off first?

Yep, pull the tip off and unscrew the two mounting screws.

Yes, you can spray in some electrical contact cleaner and move the switch back and forth several times.
