Are these tremolo springs different?

I replaced my stock 10's with 9-42's on my new CE24 and just noticed that back of tremolo was much closer to body so I looked into adjusting the springs to make it parallel with a 1/16" gap. I didn't touch the front bridge screws. I loosened the springs to raise the rear of tremolo to a penny thickness on both sides. My question is the spring adjusting screws are not even. The only thing I can think of is that the springs themselves might be stronger on one side than the other? Is this ok or have I missed something.

as bodia said, the two rear screws must be parallel, just unscrew the one that is too tight, and screw the one that is too out, the distance should be exactly between the two screws,
