Are these 53/10's or 57/08 pickups?

These are in a 2013 P22. Getting lots of differing opinions as to when they switched to 57/08s. I have it on good authority the change happened in 2014, but many say 2013.

Any way to tell by the numbers on the back? Or the readout if I put a meter on them? Guitar was made in March of 2013.

I'm tipping 57/08s

My memory is that the change from 53/10's to 57/08's was announced in late 2012 or January 2013 and effective with the 2013 models. My bet is that these are 57/08 pickups.

Why not email the SN to PRS and see if they can tell you?

Some special runs have covered pickups. My 2012 Experience P22 has covered 53/10 pickups but they're engraved with "Exp 2012".

Every P22 MODCAT I've seen just says P22 pickups.

I told SCGuy they were 99% probability 57/08s ... based on what I had read right here at this board when I bought it! You guys are both knowledgeable and helpful.

I have the same number designation on my P22's pickups but with an H instead, I contacted customer service a while ago and they stated that they are indeed 57/08s, there is a CurrDate: 11/30/12 printed on the modcat label

I asked PRS customer service (Matt) this same question via email on a few of my older guitars and they were very responsive.

Yea, I had suspected they were 57/08's. George (kiwi) had also suspected that as well. I just wanted to confirm.
