Any S2 experts out there yet???? I need help!

Ok, so I bought an S2 from a guy off of Ebay (yeah I know!) Anyways the guitar came in and the SN does not have an "S" before the 2 in the SN. I contacted him and he said that he is an endorsed artist and got the guitar before they were public and it was more of a prototype. I checked for all of the tell tell markings of a PRS and they are all their. The SN in the treble pickup cavity on the sticker matches the headstock. Also the pups in it are some type of American PRS pickups and not the G&B (I have a separate thread asking for info on the pups). Any info?

Is there an Artist Stock number in the pup cavity? Post pics of the details please. Makes these discussion a lot easier.

Didn't see any kind of artist stock number. If you look at the pic of the pups I posted you can see the label in the cavity.

The first handful of the S2's had regular serial numbers. What's the serial number on your guitar?

They say "C4" so I guess they are explosive pups!
