3-way toggle to 5-way rotary Conversion?

Is this possible? I'd like to swap out the 3-way toggle switch in my Navarro with a 5-way rotary knob - the holes in the body look to be different sizes...

The holes are a bit bigger, but you'll be fine with a slightly larger washer under the 5-way. Get to it! I did it on my SE Orianthi with a pair of DII's and it was pretty easy.

Very cool! When you are referring to the washer, you're talking about the one below the nut on the top of the body, under the knob - right? I'm assuming the hole diameter would stay the same but the actual ring of the washer is wider?
