Archon faceplates - curious

So if I want one, what do you suggest as far as which year, or style to get? I'd that one I linked you was closer to 1400, I would jump on it.
I prefer metal front but you said to aren't sure if the new are metal or wood?

The Chuck Levins looks nice with the flame maple but isn't 1799 too high?

That's what I want, the black or charcoal. He calls it stealth charcoal.

I am seeing websites and stores selling new Archon 100 heads for $2059.

I recently picked up a used Archon with a metal faceplate. But the amp is from 2013. I'm going to make myself a wooden faceplate because I hate the look of the metal. Lol.

BTW I picked up my Archon off craigslist for $1100. 100W head. I jumped on it the minute I saw it. I need to get the loop mod done, but it's worth it.
