    From what I have read....the ME 1 is basically a mcarty body? Is that correct???

    I'm curious. Why do you want a new case? I ask, because your reason might cause me to suggest in a different direction.

    Is the case you refer to as ragged the original PS case?

    I doubt I’d put my Private Stock guitars in cases that aren’t fitted. Even if you buy the base-level PRS hard case, it’s form fitted to the guitar.

    Not that I want to tell anyone else what to do. Just sayin’.

    eww. Buy the PRS case, if in doubt, check with PRS that your particular model should fit it

    No, I sold that case....it was the felt on it that I could never take it out in the rain that decided that for me. The one I have is a plain old black PRS multi fit case. And no I do not gig it, but I DO use it every sunday in and out of my car to go to church and play it.

    Not EVERYONE has to have a PRS case!
