Tremonti pickup non-split wiring

Hi, I bought a pair of Tremonti pickups (SP-MTR-BNU and SP-MTR-TNU) that I want to configure in a typical 3-way Switch, 2 volume, 2 tone control setup. I haven't been able to find a diagram or info for these that wasn't for a coil split configuration. Can anyone enlighten me?

They are se pickups. Here's the Tremonti se wiring diagram straight from PRS.
