Trem arm set screw

I have 3 PRSi with trems. None have a trem arm set srew visible. I thought it might be a recessed allen screw but no wrench seems to fit.
Do they fall out that easily? What kind of screw is it? How do I adjust it? How can I get a replacement if needed?
