That is a very personal question. Standard factory gauge for CU24s is 10-46. I have messed with a light-top/heavy-bottom gauge, like 10-52. I think I mildly prefer that. To drop 1.5 steps to Db, perhaps 11-52 would be a good place to start.
I suggest you look at this site, it helps you pick out what you want, based on tuning, desired tension, guitar scale length, etc:

My Gibson Les Paul (24.75" scale) is currently set up with an 11-50 (D'addario balanced tension) set and it feels really nice. If I had a 6 string PRS set up in Drop Db I would probably go for a 11-49 (D'addario) set though; I decided on the 11-50 set because this set has thicker treble strings and it helps my LP stay in tune a little better than the 11-49 set. Not to mention, the 50 is a little nicer on the bottom string than the 49 when using the 24.75" scale.
If you are the type of person who likes more tension on the lower strings then I would suggest an 11-52 set (D'addario).
Ultimately, you just need to grab a set that sounds good to you and give them a try, and if you don't like them try another set!
Are you referring to one and a half full steps down, or DbAbDbGbBbEb
If the latter is the case you're only tuning down a half step man, a standard 10 gauge set will be fine, and if it's not then your guitar needs a proper setup.
