Santana Signature II and III Neck difference?

Well now the Golden Eagle temptation has been removed it's back looking at Santana models and I guess I'm a little confused..I think all Santana have wide fat necks but here's where I am struggling.
The Signature II is said to have an 11.5" radius where the Signature III is said to be 10" radius.
I guess I'm truly not understanding what that means as that sounds like a huge difference but I'm sure it's really not?
Help!!

If indeed that data is correct - I would think that difference would be VERY minimal if noticeable at all.

I had a III, great guitar and tone. For me the 24.5" scale was the issue. Too tight of spacing up high. Sold it.
