As the title suggests, pretty much every site like Reddit and others are completely stopping anyone like myself who just wants to get some kind of audience
Even if its 5 people.
In Social media you have thousands to be promoted and I have no money.
The Internet has really trying to stop people Even trying to succeed in life.
I just people to listen to my guitar playing

How is reddit stopping you? I post my links there all the time, did yesterday in fact, with zero hassles (minus the basement dwelling trolls lol). Just remember to put your hard hat on and take the replies with a grain of salt...

I interpret the question as, "How do I post my music here?"

Simple. Make a YouTube video, and copy the URL. Paste it in a post.

It will show up here.

Or create a Soundcloud clip. Copy the URL. Paste it into a post. A link to your music will also show up here.

It's frustrating to try to find an audience, even if you're a wonderful player. I think we all understand that, and you'll never find a friendlier audience than you will here. People even listen to my stuff, and trust me, it's not worthy.
