I have a SE Hollowbody II Piezo. I keep having problems with the wires that run from the preamp to the battery case, breaking. I have had to re-solder one or the other 3 different times. No I am not like a bull in a china shop LOL. It's just that the wires are super thin gauge, too thin if you ask me. I also am having problems with the battery going dead after just a couple of hours playing and then sitting for a couple of days - yes I unplug it. I'm curious to see if anyone else is having these problems. I love the guitar, but the wiring to the "heavy" battery case is rather cheesy IMHO. I guess I might wind up connecting/splicing a slightly heavier gauge wire to run from the lighter weight wire to the battery case in order that it might hold up to being maneuvered in and out of the body. Thanks
