Your thoughts on the (older) proprietary PRS acoustic guitar pickups. How do they sound?

Any thoughts, good or bad, on the older, proprietary PRS acoustic guitar pickups?
The reason I ask is the Martin Simpson Private Stock I bought a while ago, had its' pickups replaced with, I believe, K&K mini's.
I picked up an original PRS pickup from Reverb, with the idea of one day returning the guitar to stock, and was wondering how good the original pickups sounded.

So Hard To Say With Each Guitar Being Unique And All The Other Variables Thrown In With Each Players Likes/Dislkes And Or Course Amp, Etc. I Know You Know This And I Wish I Could Offer More Solid Direction And Feedback. It Really Comes Down To Personal Taste. The Ones I Have Played I Have Really Enjoyed And Thought The Pickups Sounded Great! I Play Far More Electric Than I Do Acoustic.

Thanks, Bogner. That's what I wanted to hear. I'm glad I have the pickup now, if for nothing more, to return the guitar to its original stock condition. I appreciate your input.
