Phase III aftermarket replacements?

Is there absolutely NO drop-in, (no modification), aftermarket locking tuner available? I dislike these tuners. Functionality is ok, but find them clunky and ugly looking. I'd like a cleaner look with a thumb wheel and shorter shaft. These are going on a Stripped '58

IFAK, it's a Kluson/vintage pattern.

Kluson Revolutions, if you don't mind a vintage style tuner.

Gotoh doesn't have a vintage/Kluson pattern with thumbwheel locker with the correct post diameter(1/4" only). Unless I'm mistaken and Phase IIIs are 1/4" post diameter.
If that is the case, Gotoh SD90 MGT or SD510 MGT fit the bill.
