I'm looking to get a Tremonti Core model in the future and was surprised at some of the Core line hardware recently. Both on the PRS site and at Wilcutt, the hardware is listed as nickel but appears to have gold screws around the bridge. I didn't think this used to be the case.
I see that the AP specs say you can choose between gold, nickel, or hybrid. Did PRS change to hybrid by default or is there now just a little gold thrown in with the nickel.
And last but not least, can I specify all nickel hardware for a Core, or do you have to go AP to do that?
