NGD - Santana III - 10 top

Hello everyone.

I just got this 2002 Santana III - 10 top. I don’t know what PRS calls this color.

My first impression was that it resonates unplugged really well; the last time I felt one where I feel it resonating against my body like this (if that makes any sense) was my first Singlecut with a wide fat neck. It’s like the whole instrument is alive. That was almost 20 years ago. The Santana is pretty heavy at 8.9 pounds. It sounds amazing. These pickups are very good.

The Santana is in wonderful condition, except for some pitting on the bridge. I knew about that before I bought it.

I can’t really live with that, so I just bought a Mann Made replacement. It’s raw brass.
