That is a 1997 Custom 22.

It is not a Santana model. It is a Custom 22, as mentioned, 1997 based on the serial number.

A Santana is more symmetrical (but not totally symmetrical), and has 24 frets for a core model. It also has a different headstock. See the PRS Product page, for example:

(That is the 2017 model, so link will go stale after a couple years. It is representative of the model in general, though.)

The color might be "Santana Yellow", so perhaps that is where the term "Santana" came from for your guitar.
