Love this guitar, it has some wiring issues now. There is no sound whatsoever when I am plugging it in. I am not sure what's happening . Hoping to get it back in action. Is there a PRS tech support on this board?
Here is a clip from over a decade ago. It works fine here.

you may want to post in the PTC - PRS Tech Center section.

No signal is failed path , either wiring or component. Pop the cover and check for broken connections . If you have a multimeter m you can check the contact points one by one. Good luck

You won’t reach anyone who works at PRS through this forum. You have to go through the contact methods listed on the PRS website. Unless you want to send it in, for something like this you’d be better served taking it to a local tech.

NY is loaded with techs. I'd find local..it'll be an easy fix.
