Ebony Tuner Buttons Phase ii

I'm looking at changing my tuner buttons to ebony ones, I have phase ii locking tuners and I cant seem to find just the buttons only a full set of tuners. I can find them for phase iii tuners but not the phase ii.

anyone know where I can get them from?
