Dragon ii vs SE245

Has anyone swapped their SE245 pickups for Dragon ii in their SE's? I have a set that came out of my SE Zach Myers and was wondering if they would offer any improvement over the standard pickups.
I have not complaints with the standard pickup I was just wondering if the Dragons would be any better.
Also does anyone know if they can be wired up to just a 3 way toggle or would I need to install some kind of coil tap switch?

Depends on what you play. If you like vintage tones the SE's are probably more in that camp. If you play more modern stuff you may like the Dragon 2's more. The SE 245's are very respectable pups.

You don't have to use the splits on the Dragon 2's. Just tape of the leads and use the full buckers with your 3 way.
