How is the coil tap different on newer DGT's vs. older ones? I have a 2008 and think the tap sound is great. It does not sound like a strat or tele but has it's own nice tone. It's definitely quieter when it's tapped. I've heard there's less volume difference when tapped in the newer setup but maybe at the cost of tone (which is of course subjective) but the volume part isn't. Is there much volume difference when tapped in the current DGT setup?
