Award winning tattoo artist ... Amateur guitarist
I was in the shop putting in some practice during down time. Looking at my current Cu22, I began to realize how much it looked like one that I had had before. So I looked it up on Facebook. Which, sent me down memory lane on guitars I have had in the past. Then I realized, I keep getting the SAME COUPLE of guitars. With the exception of one of them that was blue with dragon 1s in, and Dottie (who was a "vintage" natural), the rest of them have been a dark cherry burst, or a full natural. (all had ten tops). Look below to see what I mean. (Bear in mind on only still own the one in the FIRST picture.....as far as PRS core electrics are concerned). There is definitely a pattern. Even down to the strap choice......lol
Morgan (my current PRS)
Which looks a WHOLE LOT like this one I used to have....
And then there was this one (that I should have never let get away from me. I actually saw her up for sale once some time after I sold her but she cost about DOUBLE what I initially paid for her. And more that that of what I sold her for.
Which takes me ALL THE WAY BACK to my FIRST PRS from like the year 2000 or 2001
And here is the Blue one and Dottie just for GP and so they don't feel left out
Looking back. I have been fortunate to have been able to, at least for a while, own each of these great guitars. Not the ability to amass the kind of collection that I see many of you have. But, I at least got to experience what it is like to be a PRS guy.
