Can you fade whale blue?

I have a lovely 2000 PRS Custom 22 in Whale Blue, it's a 10 top. But I've always thought the colour was so dark, that you couldn't really see the flame. Azul seems a better colour. Does anyone have a Whale Blue PRS that has faded over time?

Some do, some don't. Royal blue seems to fade more and more often. Well, there are more pictures of them fading than whale blue at least. Best bet is to leave it in direct sunlight. Mine is almost 20 years old and still looks pretty close to original- if it's faded, it's been minimal. I can't say I've dedicated time to get it to fade, but I'd love it if it did.

Cheers @vchizzle I'm not gonna try & force it. The previous owner definitely gigged it a lot as my first mod was a regret. So if it's meant to stay dark, so bet it.
