Action at the nut: PRS Custom 24

Hi Guys
Maybe there is something already posted but I cannot find it I have been searching at the PRS Customer Service platform and I have not been able to find the specs either...

Can somebody tell me what are the Factory Specs for the action at the nut in a PRS Custom 24 2013?

Many thanks in advance guys... I am afraid I need to change the nut as the 1st. and 2nd sound dead....

Cesar, have you gotten an answer?? There is a lot of info in the Support section on this site. Check that out, and emailing PRS customer support is usually very helpful.

There should be just a hair of play/space at the nut pushing the strings down at the 3rd fret
