5 Way Switch Tips Disintegrating

I had one PRS arrive with a hole in the side of a 5 way switch tip. Then while playing at a gig Saturday night with two Special 22s, the switch tip on one disintegrated in my hands.

Anyone else having a problem with these??? Seems like there's a problem with the plastic and they're NOT cheap to replace...
