Hi, I have a PRS 245 SE (2018)but I find the sound, well dull and cloudy. I checked how it sounds on YouTube and its quite a difference from the one I have. I have a Katana 50 amp, tried to download many presets, tried adjust height of humbuckers (to recommended 3/32" (2,4mm) on the bass side and 5/64" (2mm) on the treble), also adjusted polepieces. Anyone has a similar experience? Thanks in advance.

How old are the strings?
Replaced them a week ago

Do the tone knobs work meaning if you back off does the guitar tone change? Also try another cable if ya got one.

Keep thinking of things sorry, did you change string gauge? If you went heavier could be the nut binding these are just some thoughts.
