2008 PRS Custom 22

Looking to get my first PRS and I'm looking to trade my mint condition Fender 62 Custom AVRI Telecaster for the 2008 PRS Custom 22 which I would say is a 9.8 out of 10 condition. My question is about value. Would I be up or down on the trade.
It is not a 10 top and it also has Slash signature pickup in it and the orig. pickups are included

I have a well used 2005 Custom 22 with a plain black top in probably 6/10 condition and I would not trade it for 10 of those Telecasters. So, yeah! Go for it! You're getting the way better end of the bargain.

We're not allowed to talk pricing here, but from what I see the PRS is a lot more valuable, money-wise. Not saying your guitar is crap, I'm sure it's rather nice. I'm going by used prices I'm seeing.
