2 Channel Custom 50 issue.

Hi, unfortunately my PRS 2 Channel Custom 50 head has stopped working altogether and is with my amp tech.
He thinks it’s issues with the relays but is working blind without the amp schematic.
He contacted PRS UK but got random information not even associated to amps.
Is it possible to obtain a copy of this information so this problem can be resolved?

I have not heard of anyone being able to get schematics from PRS - best bet is to send the amp in. Which might be inconvenient for you… unfortunately that’s just the way it is.

I'd contact PRS customer service in the US and ask.
