Replacing the pickups in a S2 22 Custom. I saw the Wampler YouTube video where he says they’re great.
I was thinking of going with BKP Mule and Riff Raff, but I wonder about these Vaughn Skow pickups.
Anyone have experience with them?

I’ve got a PRS S2 Custom 22. I switched out the wiring harness and the pickups. I put the Seymour Duncan hot rodded pickup set in there. For those unfamiliar, that’s a jazz neck and a JB bridge.
I dig the neck, but I find the bridge a little too shrill. I’ll keep the tone wide open for the neck...
I contacted Seymour Duncan and got this response.
“Most of our humbucker pickups have short legs. The few that have long legs would be, Seth Lover, Antiquity Humbuckers, Slash model, and '59 model. All other humbuckers have short legs.”
