This model is a Made in USA but the pickups may well be Korean. I can measure and look. I was just hoping there was a source that most used for stuff like this or that someone had done then and knew exactly what I needed. Appreciate the information.

Been playing for a year and buying for a year. I'm working for the day that I play better than I buy. Taking lessons weekly,, trying to get a lesson group, club, whatever going in my community. Not good enough to play in a band or for pay. Love guitars and have more guitars than I know songs.

Happy to say my S2 Custom arrived today. Looking good. Made some very minor adjustments and she's all good. This is the Sweetwater pic.. I'll get some of my own up later. Looks just as good in person. Right now just wanting to give it a workout.

IF the main reason you're wanting the satin finish is because of the smoothness of the neck, why not just lightly sand the back of the neck? I've done this on several of my guitars. If done right it looks good, doesn't detract from the look of the guitar or finish and certainly makes things...
