Thank you very much for your reply. I sure had no idea it was so involved. It definitely took a lot of work to get the bridge set up for proper action so this is a real bummer...now I basically have to redo the whole thing.

I wanted to replace the arm bushing and a couple of bridge parts were not original on my DGT so I ordered the screw kit. I will ditch the original plastic sleeve since it is sort of mishapen...do you really have to go through the instructions like on the John Mann site...take the whole bridge...

Also wanted to ask about the finish...would the DGT be a nitro finish? Mine is 2011. This one definitely has a decent bit of hazy finish type scratching on the top...can you use a meguiars style rubbing compound to restore the finish a bit or is that going to make it look worse or cause damage...
