Today was Use The Switcher And Play Each Amp Through All The Cabs Day.

So I did that. Then I realized I was dicking around with amps and cabs because they're there, not because I particularly need them to be there.

Which, in turn, made me realize I'm much better at piano, and I haven't got all that much time left to waste on anything I'm not all that good at. I started thinking about all the time and money I've wasted on guitar junk, and I got nauseous.

So I decided I needed some fresh air, and got changed to head out for a brisk walk, but as I bent down to tie my shoes, I somehow sent my back into spasm.

Fact is, I'm unable to stand up to get out of this chair at the moment.

I'm going to be in real trouble if I have to go to the john. Wish me luck!

I crawled over to one of the bookshelves in my den and found a folder with several back-stretching exercises a physical therapist gave me. So I laid myself out on the floor and did 'em.

Thank goodness, I can now straighten up and walk. A bit sore, but at least decent!

Glad it's improving.

I had sciatica and a host of back-related problems 25 years ago, but a genius chiropractor sorted me out, and ever since I've been good. My wife, OTOH, who did the same chiro therapy has remained a mass of knots and unresolved issues with her back etc.


To put her out of her misery, I'm going to shoot her (with the Theragun).
