There was a guy posting wiring questions about a prototype 513 in red with hum / single / single pickups which was really nice and deleted the threads after a couple of answers...

Technically you are right! My personal thought is that it was custom made for an artist...

The guy I got it from called it a 513 prototype. He said he emailed PRS and that’s what they said it was. An artist relations prototype. I’d say it’s a 305 with humbucker in bridge
