Interview With Paul Reed Smith

The whole “muddle through” part is interesting, I wonder who he heard that from.

It sounds negative in a way, but it’s really not. Sometimes just keeping going can be the hardest and most rewarding experience on your way to your goal. Life isn’t always filled with a non-stop consecutive series of breakthrough events... it may seem like it looking back but... when you’re in it, it’s easy to get bored or distracted and give up.

I love his musical choices, he and I would have a great road trip. I know the mix-tape is a thing of the past, but a few thousand albums on a digital platform and the device set to “shuffle”.

And of course a Stevie Wonder concert at the end of it!

I get the whole 'family first thing' but is seems quite extraordinary that after building such an amazing guitar company, he would prefer guitars not mentioned at his own funeral. Or am I taking it a bit to literal?
