513 pickup question

I truly have no idea but I'm very interested in this model. I believe the 513 stands for 5 pickups, 13, pickup ombinations / sounds, so I think both the inner and outer coils can be used as single coils ?

This will definitely answer your question, if you can read it. 
Yeah, it's the outer pick ups for single coils, regardless of whether the pickups are lettered from the neck to bridge or vice versa. A tap test verifies that. It's not wired like a Cu24 or a Standard 24. The standard switching on the rotary switch had the outer and the inner coils on at different times. On some of them, one of those was replaced with both pick ups out of phase until PRS got sued.
And yes, the tag line for the 513 is "5 pick ups, 13 sounds" since 2004.
