Today I was looking at my Vela and realized it'd make a pretty cool bass.

Stretch it out to a 34" scale, same bridge plate and saddles converted to 4 string, 60s J pickup spacing and VVT control layout.

PRS could use an S2 bass.

It was a guy in Edinburgh selling a Mira and a Vela. He’s now only advertising the Vela, so the Mira has gone. It was a sweet looking guitar in either natural or red finish
