software for sheet music

Is there any soft ware that will turn an mp3 into sheet music or tabs? I googled this without much luck.. if this is a repost I apologize..

Guess I picked the wrong day to give up aiplane glue (Lloyd Bridges, Airplane)

You can use Guitar Pro to do this. But you must first convert the mp3 to MIDI using other software.(freeware) Then Guitar Pro can convert the MIDI track into tab for you.

I've wondered about this for years. I might have to look at Guitar Pro because I hate transcribing what I write (or play)

Not at home now but I just saw something this morning in the Sweetwater catalog that can transcribe recorded music into sheet music. sweetwater.com look them up or give them a call.
