Great interview! Feel lucky to have scored a great deal on a used original "Boogie" some years ago. Had the guts refreshed at the factory... this thing is a beast!

I had a chance to buy a Mark I Boogie many years ago. It belonged to my guitar teacher who passed away. I was a broke college kid so I couldn't even come close to coming up with the money for it. I also missed out on a '52 Tele because I was a broke high school kid. Those are two "shoulda, coulda, woulda" items that I still shake my head at and say (in Maxwell Smart's voice) "missed it by THAT much."
