PRS MT15 Clean channel not working

Hi,

I got a MT15 last week, I like the sound and all. Today the clean channel stopped working, there is almost no sound (very very slightly the guitar comes through). The drive channel works OK. Any ideas ? V1 Tube ?

Pretty much always a tube best of luck just contact PTC they will point you in the right direction
