Phase III question (maybe a little silly)

Hello,
In my 2011 cu24 with phase III tuners, the low side keys are a little hard to tune. Is there something I need to adjust ?


I have phase III's in my dgt and they are really smooth.

try to get the button screws less tight.

Discovered when I Changed some of my worn PhaseII to the new went hard to turn on if I tightened the "nuts holding the tuning screws" too much, pehaps it is the same with PhaseIII?
